Spicy Kale Chips

I love kale and these spicy kale chips don't disappoint! Crispy, crunch, spicy and super healthy. Who doesn't love that? Take a look:

Recipe by Sweet Caroline

1 bunch kale
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon sea salt

Pre heat oven to 350 degrees. Remove kale leaves from the stems, cut leaves into pieces (not too small). Wash and dry leaves. Add the leaves to a bowl, drizzle olive oil and season with sea salt and red pepper flakes. Toss to combine. Transfer leaves to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, bake for 8-10 minutes or until crispy. Serve and enjoy!
