Perfect Sauce with Fish or Chicken #2: Lemon-Butter Sauce

As I promised here's another great, easy and super quick sauce to serve with fish or chicken. Take a look:


Recipe by Sweet Caroline

Ingredients:
1/3 white wine
1/2 heavy cream
1 1/2 tablespoons salted butter
Juice of a lemon
1 tablespoon chopped parsley

Directions:
In a saucepan over low/medium heat, simmer the wine until is reduced by half. Pour the heavy cream and let it simmer until it thickens a little. Add the butter, lemon juice and parsley, stir until butter melts completely and sauce is smooth. Serve over cooked fish or chicken. Enjoy!

Great simple sauce that is a breeze to make. Hubby hates lemon, so this is all mine... Bwa ha ha ha.
