Shrimp with Onion and Bell Pepper

1 pound shrimp (peeled and deveined)
1 white onion, diced
1/2 green bell pepper, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
seafood seasoning
salt and pepper

Season the shrimp with the seafood seasoning and set it aside. In a large skillet over high-medium heat, preheat the olive oil. Add the garlic, onion and bell pepper. Let it cook for 5 minutes, until the onions are transparent and the bell pepper is tender. Add the shrimp, let it cook until the shrimp is pink. Ajust the seasoning with salt and pepper if needed. Serve hot and enjoy.
