Roasted Potatoes

1 pound red potatoes (about 5 potatoes), peeled and chopped
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon dried parsley
salt and pepper

Put the potatoes in a medium pot with cold water and a dash of salt, bring to a boil. Remove from the heat and drain really well. Put the potatoes in a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Start adding the rest of the ingredients and toss the potatoes really well. Bake at 450 degrees pre-heated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until the potatoes are golden and tender. Serve and enjoy.
